LA CALA BEACH
La Cala beach is very pretty and sits in the north eastern side of Elba, in the hamlet that bears the same … Since it is neither easy to find or even to get there, La Cala beach is relatively quiet, but has a few bars, restaurants and a chiringuito.
The beach is 1300 meters long and 20 meters wide approximately. This beach has moderate waves and is usually quite busy. Many people come to La Butibamba on weekends thanks to the various music festivals that are organized, especially in the summer season.
Cabopino Beach is in the town of Marbella is one of the best beaches you can find along the Costa del Sol. Its 1,200 metres within the Dunas de Artola nature reserve. Calahonda Beach is a semi-urban beach in the far-western section of the town of Mijas. At 4,400 metres long and 20 metres wide, Calahonda boasts a high level of occupancy. It? s known for its golden sand, crystal clear waters and moderate swells.
LA CARIHUELA, TORREMOLINOS
Similar to the other beaches in the area, La Carihuela is characterized by its dark but abundant sand. The beach is approximately 2,100 meters wide and 40 meters long. Being to the immediate west of Torremolinos, La Carihuela is a very popular area, and is often crowded in high-season despite its vast size!
Benalmadena Costa also has almost 10 kilometers of beach to chose from. From the quiet cove, to the family focused beaches with plenty of activities. The beaches are a mixture of man-made, golden sand and shingle, all are generally well maintained and clean.
Fuengirola is famous for its seven kilometre (5 mile) stretch of sandy beach, beginning at the Sohail Castle to the west (at the Beatriz Spa Hotel) and ending at Torreblanca to the east. The promenade is officially called Paseo Maritimo Rey de España. (Promenade).
Nueva Andalucía Beach This is one of the most different and spectacular beaches in Marbella and the Costa del Sol; it starts in Puerto Banús and stretches 1000 metres towards the east, with a width of 30 metres. The beach area is characterised by its small coves. The sand is dark, coarse and typically Mediterranean.
This semi-urban beach with golden sand of 1,500 metres in length and an average width of 40 metres has an extensive beachfront promenade. Puerto Banús Beach has all classes of amenities, along with a never-ending list of restaurants that are among the best in Marbella.
